Florist Johanne Russell Smith to Demonstrate at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show
Melbourne, Australia (PRWEB) March 18, 2008 -- Johanne Russell-Smith, founder of MY ROSES and Box Hill Institute's 2007 Floristry Student of the Year will be demonstrating at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show. Johanne will be showcasing her floral designs and sharing her tips for styling and caring for your roses.
"I am excited to be demonstrating at the Melbourne Flower Show, it's a first for me and it's a great chance to talk about boxed flowers. They are a very popular gift choice but some people are not sure what to do with the flowers when they receive them. Using a few of my designs, I will be showing people how to style their roses at home. We want people to enjoy MY ROSES," said Russell-Smith. "So if they are styled beautifully they will be enjoyed all the more."
Johanne Russell-Smith founder of MY ROSES was announced Box Hill Institute's Floristry Student of the Year. "I am delighted to have won this award. I have to say the highlight of my studies was seeing the beautiful arrangements created each day in the classroom. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the course," said Russell-Smith.
